1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through instaparts.ca ("Website"), operated by Instaparts LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. All customers are expected to be commercial entities purchasing aerospace hardware for professional use.

2. Quotes & Orders

• All prices displayed on the Website are quotes and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
• An order is binding once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if parts become unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Quoted lead times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.
• Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping terms and costs are communicated at the time of order or upon request.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• All shipments include appropriate documentation including certificates of conformance where applicable.

5. Quality & Certifications

Instaparts operates in accordance with AS9120 Rev B quality management standards. All parts are sourced from approved suppliers and come with full traceability documentation.

Certificates of conformance, material test reports, and other quality documentation are available upon request or included with shipment as applicable.

6. Warranty & Liability

• All parts are warranted to conform to their published specifications at the time of delivery.
• Claims for defective or non-conforming parts must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
• Our liability is limited to replacement of the non-conforming parts or a refund of the purchase price.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• The buyer is responsible for verifying that parts meet the requirements of their specific application.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened parts in original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Instaparts LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Part numbers and specifications remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
